Let’s add more foods to our list of detox foods. Chia seeds and Aloe Vera. These are “Gelatinous Fibers”. Gelatinous Fibers clean out your intestinal track binding to any toxins, mostly the bile salts released by the liver. Now listen! Ive tried aloe vera! I can’t begin tell you how nasty it is! If you have any ways of eating it where it doesn’t taste like you opened a 9 volt battery, then more power to you. Chia seeds are more tolerable. They can be added to foods like yogurt. You can add water to them, 1Tbs of seeds to 9 Tbs of water. I’ve tried seasoning with lemon juice, and cinnamon in a cup. Let it sit until it starts to gel. It taste pretty good. Also let’s add some more chlorophyll. Let’s add spinach, broccoli, and romaine lettuce. Chlorophyll is a cleansing and purifying agent, which stimulates the bowels. It helps to rebuild and replenish our red blood cells, boosting our energy and increasing our wellbeing almost instantly. It is effective against high blood pressure. Powerful anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and wound healer. It helps to neutralise the pollution that we breathe in all day everyday. It efficiently delivers magnesium and helps the blood in carrying oxygen to all your cells and tissues. It is an effective deodorizer to reduce bad breath, urine, faecal waste and body odour. Also with vitamins A, C and E it helps to neutralise free radicals that damage healthy cells. Put these foods on the list, drink some water and have a nice day.
