Pulling Plug On Bobbi Kristina Rumors Are FALSE!

Omgggeeeee…..The prayers of the righteous are availing much! According to USA Today the rumors of the Brown & Houston Families pulling the plug on Bobbi Kris life support machine are FALSE. Tomorrow, February 11th will be the 3rd year since we’ve lost “The Voice” the late great Whitney Houston. Houston who was formerly married to R&B sensation Bobby Brown  and was found dead in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills Hotel according to reports. When news of Whitney & Bobby Browns daughter Bobbi Kristina surfaced, the world was once again reminded of the tragic death of her Mother. Since the incident different media outlets have been reporting on this sensitive and private situation.  Even after the Family’s request for prayers and privacy. We also have heard reports of family brawls and that Nick & Bobby Kristina are NOT married. At this point I could care less about those shenanigans & I’m sure you feel the same way. But, I will MOS DEFINITELY keep praying for Bobbi Kristina and her Family during this difficult time. Especially Mrs. Cissy Houston who has endured so much in the last few years. Dear beautiful Black Man. I am writing this letter to first thank you for being simply beautiful.

A lot of you never hear the positive affirmation that you deserve. So many of you are GREAT Fathers Sons, brothers, Uncle’s, Grandfather’s, Godfather’s, and Friends, I want to thank you for being there.

Dear Beautiful Black Man, I will never understand your struggle, or your hustle. I will never understand how it feels to be born and already have two strikes against you. 1. Being Black 2.Being a Black Male. Three strikes if you are born into single family home. Dear Beautiful Black Man I will never understand being profiled by the police because I am a young black man that looks “suspicious.” Dear Beautiful Black Man. I will never understand the struggle of trying to build a legacy when you feel that the whole world is against you. Dear Beautiful Black Man, but I do understand that as a Beautiful Black woman, my job is to pray for you, that the weapons that form shall NEVER prosper. Make your home a castle that when you come home from fighting the war of the world you can be at peace and know that I have your back. I will nurture your seed and make sure that they know that their DADDY is the protector, provider, and teacher. And when times get hard like I know they will, I will be there to pray you through, affirm you, listen to you, push you and make you feel like the Beautiful Black Man that you are.

Dear Beautiful Black Man I see the struggle, I hear your concern, but know you are built to last, just take a look at your ancestors; Kings, Rulers, Prophets, Scientist, Civil Rights leaders, all of who struggled much like yourself and came out on TOP. To My Beautiful Black Men who have died because of your Beauty know that your blood shed is not in vain.  Your sons will know the sacrifice that you made, and they will be taught that their Beauty too, will someday bring pain, but they can overcome it!

Woe! How Will Your Decision Affect Others?!

We’ve all made decisions that were not so good and we’ve all made decisions that will probably try to haunt us for the rest of our lives. No Human being of this day and time has all the right answers to life and unfortunately  some of us had to learn by trials and tribulations.  When your young you have growing pains and that’s expected because experience is the best teacher. Contrary to popular belief  situations and opposition DOES NOT stop in adulthood. As a matter of fact that’s when life get’s real and your faced daily with having to make decisions that will affect the rest of your life and your family. I don’t understand how shallow and out of touch some people are now a days concerning the decisions that they make. When will people realize that somehow and someway their decisions NOT only affect them but their family especially their children (if applicable), spouse (if applicable), parents and  friends. I have to be honest with you, nobody told me this as a child and because no one did I had to learn the hard way. Getting pregnant at 16 and forcing my already hardworking  single Mother to help her baby raise a baby was ludicrous and selfish. I didn’t get it then…..BUT I get it now and I understand that every decision I make affects not only me but those I love as well.

When I think of the word “Woe”  I think STOP! PAUSE! PRAY! Webster defines it as “great sorrow, distress , trouble, gloom. Have you ever made any decisions feeling any of these ways?  Have you ever experienced regret and had a setback because of your decision?! Yeah……I have too and this is why we must teach our children and grandchildren  that they MUST always make good decisions concerning themselves. You get out of life what you put into life and if you’re a hell raiser……then expect a life full of hell. If you choose to live by the gun….you will die by the gun. Our decisions shape our future and they prepare our path along our journey.  Have you ever thought where does a  generational curse comes from or how did it start? It all started with a DECISION and now it has somehow seemed to destroy the family unit.

I actually feel sorry for MiMi Faust because by now she should have learned some type of lesson from her journey of life. I look at the fact of how her Mothers decision of becoming a scientologist  and abandoning her daughter for the sake of religion has truly affected her. The fact that her Father had a stroke the week of her sex tape release is evidence of how her decision affected him.  She decided to do a sex tape with a man whose not her Husband and does not have her best interest at heart. And because of her lack of judgement, irresponsibility, selfishness, impulsive behavior, and sexual desire her daughter will suffer shame and embarrassment because her Mother gave herself to a undeserving man who used and exploited her.

I think of all the absent Fathers who are either dead on in prison because of their decisions to sell drugs, murder, rob, or just not be apart of their child’s life. I think of all the Mothers who sold their children for drugs, allowed their child to be molested just to have a man. Or those who’ve murdered, neglected, and disrespected the honor & title of  what a Mother truly is. EVERYDAY is a NEW dawning and you we will be faced with having to make decisions and from this day forward for the sake of our families and communities. Let us learn from the mistakes of others and understand that we have a CHOICE & we have OPTIONS if we think things out. There is always a way of escape and that’s a promise! Strive to make the best decisions  concerning yourself on this journey of life so that you can WIN, LIVE, LOVE, & LAUGH with NO regrets. I’ll pass on that $1,000,000

So as you all have heard me say before, I am a regular viewer of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. This week’s episode was called the “Big Release.” The episode consisted of Mama Dee actually acting like a “real” mother and not some imaginary Queen of a Kingdom that Scrappy built. Kirk Having an apology party for Rasheeda, a mini cat fight between Carly and Benzino’s new fiancé, Joseline leaving Steebie J to clear her mind and go hang out with K. Michelle, But the part of the show that really had me in tears was the release of the sex tape with MiMi and Niko. Now I know the sex tape has been out for about 3 months and we all had so much to say about the morality in having a sex tape as a mother period, but really as a mother of a little girl who will have to carry this with her as well. If you have been following the show, you will know that MiMi has been struggling with the tape coming out. She felt that she had no other choice but to sign over the sex tape to  vivo.com and make a profit off of this “misfortune” her famous line this whole season is “I did this to make sure that my daughter is good, and that I can provide for her on my own.” Despite everyone telling MiMi that Niko leaked that tape she continued with the process. Toward the end of the show they showed everyone’s reaction to them watching the sex tape. Erica’s reaction took the cake for me, being that she is close to MiMi. Erica and Ariane watched the tape together. The look of shock, disappointment, and hurt graced their faces. Erica slammed shut the iPad and with tears in her eyes said “I can’t watch this”   she proceeded to say “ I don’t care about what box or corner MiMi felt like she was in, she is a grown woman and had a choice, I care about Eva (MiMi & Steebie’s Daughter) because I have a little girl, and Eva will have to live with this too”  I was literally crying because I felt the pain of not only MiMi’s Friends, family but of MiMi as well. I truly believe she was embarrassed, torn, and wanted to look like the winner at the end. I believe Niko was the master mind behind this video. Ladies there is a lesson in this “Never connect yourself to someone who doesn’t have your best interest at heart, if they are frequently putting you in compromising situations, he never had your BEST interest at heart.” Besides the obvious of me not taping myself with a Man that was NOT my Husband.  Me personally I would have never signed a professional deal to promote me as a porn star for any amount of money. I would of have to let the tape get leaked and deal with consequences. But that’s me! What would you have done?
